  • Jewish Interactive Studies - JIS is a free adult educational service to the Jewish community, via the Internet. We offer in-depth and interactive study of Judaism from its classical sources. Courses cover Jewish ethics, foundations of Judaism, Jewish holidays, and Torah studies. Since 1998, almost 2000 adults have participated in twelve courses. Our participants vary widely in age, background and situation.The courses run from 4-9 weeks each and include teacher-student correspondece.   • Jewish Interactive Studies for Jewish Educators - JISEducators is an extension of Jewish Interactive Studies’ (JIS) on-line adult education program. Since 1998, JIS has educated almost 2700 Jewish people in fifteen four-to-nine week courses. In response to increased participation in JIS courses from Jewish educators, JIS has created JISEducators for Jewish educators.
