- Beth Shekinah, A Women's Havurah
- Beth Shekinah (House of the Female Presence of God) is a women's social, spirituality, and study group (havurah) affiliated with the Jewish Renewal movement, currently the newest movement in Judaism. We're progressive, feminist women, from many different Jewish and non-Jewish backgrounds -- see the "We Welcome" section below -- interested in Judaism. Most of our group members live in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area (Washington, D.C., and its Virginia and Maryland suburbs). We are happy to respond to and advise women interested in starting similar groups elsewhere.
